Box Office Policies:

Ticket Policy
Each person REGARDLESS OF AGE must have a valid ticket to enter a performance. Minimum age restrictions may apply for some programming. Please contact the box office for more information.

Exchange Policy
NO REFUNDS.
EXCHANGES only subject to the following conditions:
1) Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance within the run of the show in question, subject to availbility, by simply calling the Gateway Theatre Box Office at (604) 270-1812

2) An exchange fee will be applied as follows:
Season tickets: No Charge
Single tickets: $3 exchange fee per ticket.
Please retain your original tickets to redeem your new tickets upon presentation at the Gateway Theatre Box Office.
3) Requests for ticket exchanges will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the performance date of the tickets you are holding. This provides the Gateway Theatre Box Office the opportunity to resell the exchanged tickets.

4) The difference in ticket price will be charged when upgrading your tickets to a more expensive night or seat.

Lost Tickets
In the event that you have lost your tickets, please visit the Gateway Theatre Box Office or call (604) 270-1812 before your performance date. Lost tickets for General Admission events will not be reissued / reprinted.



Order Fees
Gateway Theatre currently does not charge a per order service charge on ticket sales.

Mailing Fees
If requested, tickets and passes are sent via 1st Class Mail. A $1 mailing fee will apply. Delivery may take 5 to 7 business days to arrive.

No tickets will be mailed for performances within 7 days of the purchase date.

Gateway Theatre is not responsible for tickets lost or stolen in the mail.


2018-2019 Year-long and Sessional Academy Registration & Refund Policy

Payment can be made in full upon registration, or in no more than 2 equal installments by calling the box office. Registration is considered only after a minimal payment of half the registration has been made.

Final payment for Fall and year-long classes is due on or before: September 10th, 2018. Final payment for Winter classes is due on or before: Dec 31st, 2018. A $25 fee will be charged for NSF cheques.

All classes are subject to minimum enrollment

Registrations are non-transferrable between individuals.

Refunds for Fall and year-long classes are only issued until September 29, 2018; and up until January 15, 2019 for Winter classes , and all withdrawls are subject to a $100 course withdrawl fee.

No refunds are issued for Fall and year-long classes after September 29th, 2018. No refunds are issued for Winter classes after January 15th, 2019.

The Academy reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment or other situations which may be beyond our control. If we cancel a class, a full refund will be issued.


2017 Summer Camp Registration & Refund Policy
Payment for summer camps must be paid in full upon registration.

A $25 fee will be charged for NSF Cheques

Registrations are non-transferrable between individuals.

Refunds for Summer camp programs are only issued until one week prior to the start of classes and are subject to a $100 coure withdrawl fee. In the case of a late cancellation, no refund will be issued.

The Academy reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment or other situations which may be beyond our control. If we cancel a class, a full refund will be issued.

All classes are subject to a minimum enrollment.
