RELAX WITH A MUSICAL MOMENT JUST FOR YOU--OR CELEBRATE MOM (AND DAD) WITH US! Richmond Youth Concert Band & Richmond Elementary Honour Band proudly present Music for Moms concert to celebrate Mother's Day. The Richmond Youth Concert Band (known as the RYCB) is located in Richmond. Established in 1978, it is an auditioned ensemble of secondary school students from Richmond. The RYCB has a history of involvement with the local community, most recently through our partnership with the Richmond Food Bank and annual concerts at Gilmore United Church and Music For Moms. The RYCB sponsors the Richmond Elementary Honour Band (also known as the REHB). Our mission is to provide quality band music education and performance opportunities for our members. Join us on Monday, May 13th at 7:00pm for a concert presented by the Richmond Youth Concert Band and Richmond Elementary Honour Band at the Gateway Theatre. Celebrate Mother’s Day with us and witness the growth of our talented young musicians on the professional stage.
