Dorothy, a farm girl from Kansas, is swept away to the magical Land of Oz by a cyclone. She and her dog, Toto, journey with the Scarecrow, Tin Woodman, and Cowardly Lion to meet the Wizard of Oz, who can fulfill their wishes and help Dorothy return home. Along the way, they encounter the Wicked Witch of the West and learn that the key to returning home and fulfilling their desires lies within themselves.

Childlike Faith Academy of Music and Theatre (CFA) is proud to present our big 11th anniversary production, "Wizard of Oz Youth Edition" the Children's Musical', performed by CFA existing students between the age of 4 to 17 on Saturday', June 28th of 2025! The musical will be performed in English with Chinese subtitles at Gateway Theatre (6500 Gilbert Road, Richmond), designed to be family-oriented and suitable for both English and Chinese speakers of all ages!

Our mission is to give the next generation a platform to learn about themselves, develop self-confidence, learn how to express themselves, be able to interact and socialize with other people in group settings, and to unleash their full potential in fun, easy, interesting and artistic way!
